We are Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment, and we're hiring a Graduate Recruitment & Marketing Consultant to join our entrepreneurial team at Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes.

The Package:

* £28,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus & Commission

* £35,000 realistic Year One OTE (On-Target Earnings), rising exponentially in your second year.

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't a traditional, old-school sales grind. It's a high-level blend of cutting-edge digital marketing and sophisticated consultancy:

* No cold calling. You will speak with pre-qualified leads and warm contacts to understand complex hiring needs.

* Use your emotional intelligence to interview talent via phone and video, assessing personality, fit, and professional "gravitas."

* Build compelling campaigns across social platforms and our CMS to attract top-tier talent.

* Leverage advanced AI-assisted CRM tools and data analytics to map out market trends and spot emerging opportunities.

Who You Are

* A high-calibre graduate. You might have a degree in History, English, Marketing, Business, or PPE, but your real superpower is your communication skills.

* Confident, engaging, and unafraid to ask probing questions.

* You have a "foot in the door" with sales, telesales, or high-pressure customer service (from a placement year, part-time job, or university society).

* Meticulous, driven, and looking for a long-term career, not just a stepping stone.
