Bid Writer-London or Manchester (Hybrid after probation)-£40,000 per annum + bonus, Company pension, healthcare scheme

We are looking for a talented Bid Writer to join our Business Development team in a positive and supportive company culture. In this role, you will write compelling, high-quality bids and tenders that align with our company values and help us secure new business

* Complete RFIs, PQQs, ITTs, and RFQs within defined deadlines.
* Use AI tools to draft compelling proposal content efficiently.
* Dissect tender questions and create structured plans to gather info from experts.
* Design high-quality pitch decks and support post-tender negotiations.
* Maintain the central bid library, case studies, and data sheets.
* Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within cleaning or soft FM.
* Advanced MS Office skills and confidence using AI writing tools.
* Strong communication skills to confidently interview internal teams.
