We are looking for an experienced and visionary Group Sales and Marketing Director to oversee all commercial functions within a respected FMCG group. With over 60 years of history, this well-known brand specialises in food manufacturing and specialty packaging and is ready for substantial growth. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and implementing business development and marketing strategies while nurturing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to propel the brand to even greater success.

Requirements to be a Group Sales and Marketing Director:

* Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
* Strong strategic thinking and a track record of delivering business growth.
* Excellent relationship management skills with suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
* Dynamic leadership abilities to inspire and grow sales, marketing, and account management teams.
