Location: Midlands (Field Sales from Home. Hybrid Working)

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Specification Sales Manager:

* Proven success in project-based sales within the construction industry
* Experience selling products like steel structures, platforms, gantries, GRP solutions, machinery, mezzanine floors, or similar
* A deep understanding of the construction sales landscape
* A consultative approach to selling
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

About the Specification Sales Manager Role:

* As a Specification Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and driving new business in the Midlands region.
* You'll build strong relationships with large-scale construction contractors, M&E contractors, specifiers, and other key stakeholders.
* This is a consultative sales role where you'll leverage your expertise to guide clients towards the best solutions for their construction projects.
* You'll have the full support of a dedicated sales estimating and support team, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships and closing deals.
