Business Development Manager. SAAS/Tech for Good

£65,000 Basic + £100,000 OTE uncapped commission + Healthcare + Excellent Benefits. Hybrid Working, Manchester.

This is a business development manager role with a rapidly growing software company. The software is fascinating and operates in the tech for good space. There is huge potential for career development and full industry training will be received.

You will be networking, following up on inbound leads, client facing, completing online demos, relationship building and closing deals. The role requires an individual that is confident, comfortable selling into c-suite level and has software sales experience

You must understand how to maximise every opportunity. This role offers a clear career path with opportunities to move into Sales Management. Unusually my client does not require any product knowledge. They are simply looking for the very best Business Development Manager who has a least 4-5 years software sales experience.

The role offers hybrid working with the office based in Manchester.

This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships.

Above all, you will be an achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
