Customer Service and Collections Agent, Electric Vehicle Specialist, West Acton, £26,000 - £30,000 basic + Bonus. Office based in Acton. Immediate start. Flexible working hours available.

This role is working for a major success story in the electric vehicle market based in West Acton.

This role involves NO cold calling, and simply requires an outgoing, proactive customer service focused person who is passionate about ensuring that customers have the very best customer experience.

Recent changes in legislation have created an immediate need to 'go electric', and drivers across London MUST purchase electric vehicles immediately.

This role involves being part of a fast paced customer service team where you will be focused on ensuring that customers are fully supported whilst purchasing their new electric vehicles.

This role requires attention to detail, and true empathy skills, not one day will be the same. You will be liaising with multiple internal departments ensuring that procedures are adhered to, whilst putting the customer first.
