Business Development Executive, £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission OTE £60,000 (Year 1). Hybrid Working. Digital Brand Agency.
This is a rare opening to join a major success story based in the heart of rural Oxfordshire who are leading digital, design and creative agency. Known for providing an exceptional service to their clients, this firm get to work on the most exciting projects and are an instantly recognisable agency within their industry.
This is a senior level sales role, where you will get to work from home, manage your own dairy and you will NOT be micromanaged. You will be fully trusted to be able to work to your previously proven and preferred ways of working in a sales environment.
To apply, you can be from any new business b2b sales background, but you must have a background of winning new business, can demonstrate being proactive in a sales role and you must have a positive mentality and approach to relationship building.
The ideal person will class themselves as competitive, polished, outgoing and consultative in their sales approach.
