Head of Ecommerce, Automotive Sector, Hybrid working, £45,000 basic + Bonus Scheme. Buckinghamshire.

This creative and exciting Head of Ecommerce role is working for a major success story within the automotive sector who are part of a multi million turnover group who have been dominating their sector for the last three decades.

This exciting Head of Ecommerce role comes with full autonomy, where you are able to put your own vision into action. In this role you will be responsible for running the ecommerce department and you will manage a small team of ecommerce executives whilst controlling budgets and implementing the best strategies based on your experience for success.

This role has NO micromanagement, and the business are a true category leader within the automotive sector. Due to their 'go to' name within industry, their ecommerce platforms contribute to significant amount of revenue per year, and this role is all about taking them to the next level.

This role involves managing their multiple ecommerce platforms including their successful Amazon and Ebay channels. This role also involves hybrid working for a great work life balance.

To apply, you must have:

* Experience of managing web stores;
* 3+ years experience working with ecommerce platforms;
* Experience working with Amazon and Ebay from a seller perspective;
* Ability to forecast and plan stock;
* Sales forecasting and budgets;
* Ability to manage Amazon and Ebay accounts;
* Previous management experience (Preferred, but not essential);
* The desire to shape, develop and continue the growth of a successful ecommerce department.
