Business Development Manager

New Business Development Manager - £50,000 to £55,000 basic + company car + uncapped commission and excellent benefits package.



This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious business developer to join a prestigious company within the software and data solutions industry. They are looking for someone to come on board, hit the ground running and become a key figure in this companies future growth and success.

This role would suit a highly skilled B2B New business development manager, who is ambitious and has a sales hunter approach, to help this growing company go from strength to strength.



Your responsibilities will include:

* Growing new business sales and taking customers through the sales process.
* Plan and implement lead generation and sales growth strategies.
* Expand business overseas as well as in the UK.
* Work with the marketing team to provide good customer and market insights.
* Successfully manage customer transitions to relevant teams further down the sales process.
* Generate, nurture and close new business opportunities.
* Achieve and help to put in place company objectives.
* Run events for promotional activity.
* Provide the best solutions for new customers.
* Potential to develop a new sales team in the future.



Ideally, the candidate would have skills, qualifications, and experience in these areas:

* Must have a proven track record of selling software or data solutions and services.
* Strong business development/ B2B experience.
* Proven experience converting new business leads into new customers.
* Ability to manage the sales process and pass on to relevant teams further down the process.
* Have a passion for selling high value technology solutions.
* An ambitions sales manager with a go-getter attitude.
* Have experience or have ambition to potentially one day build a team.
