Business Development Manager (Flexible Working) - £40,000 - £45,000 Basic + £30,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Office Based in Bishopsgate, London

A fantastic Business Development Manager role where you'll able to work from home a minimum of 3 days a week! Within the role, you'll be managing the full sales cycle, from initial business development, securing the business, to growing and developing the accounts that you bring onboard. This is brilliant flexible working B2B sales role where you will be tasked with selling our clients services across multiple industries, with a high conversion rate.

What is required from you?

* At least 3 years' experience in a Recruitment or B2B sales role, with a proven record of hitting targets.
* Have previously managed the full sales cycle, from initial Business Development through to growing existing accounts.
* A consultative approach to sales, understanding the requirements of clients.
* Demonstrate an adaptable communication skillset, confident presenting to all levels virtually, selling our clients service.
* To be money motivated and have a hunger/desire to progress earning potentials and career opportunities.
