Sales recruitment hopefuls can increase their chances of being successful in a job interview by practising answers to some standard questions.
Caroline Avinger, owner of international etiquette consulting business Protocol LLC, told Greenville Online that it would not hurt if a sales recruitment hopeful prepared answers to commonly asked questions such as 'what is your greatest strength?'.
"Use this as an opportunity to expand on some part of your resume that you think is particularly important. Be prepared to back it up with a concrete example
Preparation is the most important element in avoiding mistakes in job interviews and it will alleviate anxiety," she added.
Ms Avinger also recommended that sales recruitment hopefuls do some research into the company that they are interviewing for, checking if they have been in the news recently or whether they have rolled out any new products.
FRCA.co.uk said that it is up to the interviewee to gain the initiative, present themselves in the best possible light and to make known their talents and expertise when going for a job.
