Unique innovative and continually evolving platform, identifies marketing audiences for Enterprise clients and helps them personalise their marketing at scale.

Commercial relationship manager required with project management experience. You will own and manage a number of enterprise clients, being responsible for their success and account growth.

This role will split your time between the office (around one day a week when possible) and working from home in order to get the most from team-working as well as offering flexibility.

* Opportunity management: renew existing business, upsell and cross sell
* Develop relationships with key senior stakeholders at all seniority levels with clients
* Build a deep strategic understanding of the client's business, uncovering opportunities
* Deliver service success and manage at all levels with your clients
* Resolve any day-to-day issues and obstacles the client may have
* Present results, insight and solutions to the client
* Develop industry knowledge
* Promote AI as the future of marketing and sales solutions
* Develop the structures and ways of working for the Customer Success Function with your colleagues

Our Vision Of You

You are an experienced Account Manager or Customer Success Manager accountable for large enterprise clients, each spending more than £100K annually. You have a great track record building and managing C-Level relationships to ensure customer delight as well as renewing and up-selling your client contracts. You have at least 5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience, and will enjoy the challenge of helping sales and marketing leaders at some of the world's biggest companies tackle real problems.

You also enjoy working in a small and nimble team, where you have a say and make a difference.

* Commercial thinker: Comfortable devising and promoting new propositions
* Excellent communicator - professional and at ease talking to people at all levels
* Data savvy - should be comfortable creating a pivot table and some of the more advanced Excel functions
* Technology savvy - general interest in technology, comfortable with learning new software quickly
* Well organised - excellent prioritisation and completing what you start
* Ability to drive change at client companies, in terms of use of our product
* Finds it easy to learn new things and quickly get comfortable with unfamiliar situations at new clients and departments
* Ability to work positively with different people in a small company environment and work well in a collaborative culture

Experience & Background

* Customer Success, Account management or Enterprise Sales
* Experience working with a technology product
* Experience creating and sustaining strong relationships with clients, including C-suite
* Evidence of consultative approach to customer / client issues / opportunities.
* Extensive experience of delivering difficult projects successfully that involved multiple parties
* Experience working in a scaleup or startup environment
* Experience in building business cases
* Experience in contract negotiation
