Home Based Sales Executive, Training Services, Up to £28,000 Basic Salary plus commission + Benefits, including excellent training and ongoing mentoring. This is a home-based sales role taking inbound marketing-generated leads and following pipeline from people who have already registered an interest.

We are looking for two Sales Executives for an established training company called Shifts to Success. Shifts to Success enable members of the public sector, past and present, to build entrepreneurial businesses using their existing skill sets

The roles require Telesales or Sales individuals with a new business-oriented mindset that are driven and proactive with high levels of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.

+ Individuals that are self-motivated and happy working in an autonomous home-based sales role?

+ Natural rapport builders that can mirror and match tonality to create genuine rapport and credibility.

+ People with the ability to engage with others and convince them to take action. Someone with excellent empathy skills that genuinely listens and can control a sales process by explaining complex ideas in a simple, easy to understand way?

+ The kind of person that sets themselves high standards and effectively manages their tasks to achieve optimum performance?



In return, you will receive:



+ A home-based role that is Monday to Friday with a generous basic salary and uncapped earning potential. The hours, to some extent, can also flex to suit your work-life balance.

+ You will also be trained, mentored and supported by one of the UK's leading sales experts that works with Shifts to Success as their dedicated Sales Trainer. Your development includes ongoing mentoring and motivational coaching support from the Sales Trainer.

+ All calls are actioned through a cloud-based calling system which the CRM captures. The role requires you to have a dedicated working space from home, although this could be a spare bedroom or a dedicated corner of your living room.

It is the perfect opportunity for a sales professional with a fantastic work ethic looking to develop their sales skills and deliver brilliant customer service.

Please note that complex psychometrics will form part of the recruitment process to ensure that you have the determination and drive required to succeed in this role.
