Enterprise Sales Business Development Manager, HR Software, SaaS, £50,000 Basic, £110,000 OTE. This is a new business-oriented role that requires a sophisticated and strategic enterprise-level sales professional that is used to selling at C-Suite level. The solution is one that every large company needs but requires a C-Suite advocate within the business to aid you influencing other stakeholders. These are typically such as heads of finance, operations and planning. Some leads are generated for you by marketing and their inbound marketing machine. You are expected to network within the target accounts to identify key stakeholders, describe how the solutions can solve their problems, provide case studies and 'hold their hand' through the sales process to a full commercial meeting and trial. Trial win rates are almost 100%
The role is selling both SaaS and associated services into the enterprise marketplace, which is typically global companies, or ones with at least 1000 employees and multiple sites. The position is primarily focused on the UK but will also include pan-European and some US contacts.
To apply, you will either have B2B sales experience in Enterprise Level SaaS sales or experience of selling complex solutions into senior-level HR contacts such as HR consultancy.

They provide ground-breaking and unique software that harvests big data to provide the information on which to spot talent gaps, skills shortages and future asset and staffing needs. It enables effective matrix management processes and suggests the maximum efficiency of a firm's resources. Their case studies can prove how they have managed to save multiple million pounds of cost for their clients.
Major clients include global brands, banks, international charities, logistics, airlines and financial services firms. It is a particularly attractive solution to major corporate companies in the post-COVID world.
What's needed?
* You must have two years plus of Enterprise level SaaS sales experience.
* You will be hugely self-motivated, goal-driven, results-oriented and motivated by earning potential
* You will be highly personable with the ability to forge strong business partnerships at senior levels (clients are typically HR Directors, Senior HR Managers, CHRO, COO and CEOs)
* You will be a highly credible, trustworthy professional that is a confident communicator
* At the interview, you must be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial creativity, new business skills and be able to provide evidence of high levels of sales success.
