Area Sales Manager. £40,000 - £50,000 basic + Car + Bonus + Benefits

Covering Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties.

This is an outstanding sales management opportunity working for an internationally recognised manufacturer within the trade / construction sector selling into builders merchants and end users.

The role is focusing on managing the full sales cycle, visiting potential and existing clients, following up warm enquiries, generating new business and managing key accounts. You will have full control over your territory. Great opportunity for someone in this sector looking for the next step up in their career.

To be considered for this role you will have experience selling products into builder's merchants and be able to demonstrate exceptional sales and relationship management experience. Having an understanding of the sales process with in the construction / trade sector is vital. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic market leading business… there is huge potential for career progression.

Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

With full P&L responsibility you will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation. The ability to develop relationships at senior levels is essential and this role is ideal for an individual frustrated by a lack of career opportunities.
