Telesales Executive, Watton, Thetford, Norfolk, B2B Sales. £22,000 Basic, realistic OTE in Year one, £45,000 wholly uncapped and the potential to earn £70K+ in year two and beyond is achievable (a candidate that we placed within the business in 2019 earned over £70K last year). The basic salary rises to £22,500 after the probation period, and the commission scheme is generous and easy to understand.

This is a fantastic B2B telesales role with an established and well-directed provider of business to business services based in the market town of Watton, in-between Thetford, Dereham and Swaffham. The company has seen significant growth since it was established in 2011 and now has offices in the Midlands, London and Norfolk.

This position offers a thorough training, mentoring and development programme delivered by one of the industry's leading Sales Coaches. The role offers progression into either team leadership or field sales.

Ideally, you will have some business to business sales experience, and the critical requirement is your attitude - you will be confident, ambitious and highly driven and at interview, you are expected to be able to detail your short-term and long-term goals.

To demonstrate these ambitious and driven attributes, your CV must demonstrate these qualities. Perhaps you have played sport at a high level or represented your university in debating competitions, were involved in the Student Union, led charity fundraising campaigns or something similarly 'outstanding' like working for charities on a volunteer basis, climbing mountains, undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh or similar awards, etc. As you can probably tell we are looking for an achiever with a 'zest for life' and a key part of the interview process will be based around your attitude, aspirations and determination to get ahead in life.

* Telesales experience

* An excellent communicator with a 'can do' attitude that is willing to take themselves out of their comfort zone to significantly increase their earning potential.

* Someone who is exceptionally goal-oriented and can easily articulate their five-year life targets.

* A brilliant relationship builder that can quickly and easily engage target customers. After that, you are required to hand-hold them through the sales process and develop them into regular accounts.

* A self-motivated individual that is a 'sponge' for information and has a desire to learn and grow.
