Sales Executive, Consultancy Solutions, Bristol, £30,000 Basic Salary, £42K OTE plus benefits. Based from the prestigious Bristol HQ this is a phenominal opportunity to kick start your career with in complex solution sales with a leading management consultancy where training is provided and the opportunities for progression, and increasing earning potential, are both extremely generous.

It is a consultative sales, research and marketing role that requires an engaging B2B sales professional with two years business to business sales experience perhaps frustrated by a lack of opportunity in a wholly telesales oriented role or perhaps, fed up with selling a one-dimensional or unsophisticated product or service.

Liaising with high level c-suite decision makers you will develop long term strategic relationships with both prospective and existing clients with in the B2B space.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and have experience selling intangible services such as legal services, recruitment, accountancy or other management consultancy. The plan will be for you to progress into field sales as your skills and knowledge develop.

You will be results orientated, self driven, positive and able to demonstrate strong communication skills.

This company sell bespoke consultancy solutions that transform businesses and have case studies in industries as diverse as retail, telecoms, aerospace, automotive, financial services, travel and rail.

The role requires an eloquent, persuasive and articulate sales professional who is used to communicating at board level and comfortable dealing with senior personnel. The position is information gathering led, and the quality of your business development is more important than the number of calls made. You will be commercially savvy and used to using business data and social networking tools, such as LinkedIn to identify targets and make approaches.

The ideal candidate will understand terms such as social marketing, e-selling, social selling or inbound marketing and will use these techniques to develop leads.

All backgrounds and industry sectors will be considered, but the ideal candidate will have received a good education and can demonstrate loyalty and consistency to their employers throughout their career. Excellent IT skills are also required, and the ability to use and network through LinkedIn would be of enormous benefit.
