Sales Manager, Home Furnishings / Interior Design. Hotel & Leisure Industry.
£40,000 Basic, £55,000 OTE + Company Car + benefits package.
The role focusses on the hospitality sector with key clients including Hotels, Spa's, Sports Clubs, Leisure Centres etc. Our client is a £2billion global textile manufacturing company supplying major retailers, hotels and international sporting events. The role focusses on both business development and national account management - Mostly UK focussed with the occasional international client meeting. The role will evolve quickly with plans to recruit a team around the successful applicant. The ideal candidate will already have experience of selling in to the hotel and leisure industry and/or working in the Textiles / Home Furnishings / Interior Design market.

This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships.
To be considered for this role you will be able demonstrate exceptional sales, relationship management / account management experience having worked on long sales cycles, managed multiple projects and developed outstanding people skills. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic growing business there is huge potential for career progression.
Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
With full P&L responsibility you will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation. The ability to develop relationships at senior levels is essential and this role is ideal for an individual frustrated by a lack of career opportunities.
