Head of Sales, SaaS Sales Manager, Health and Wellbeing,--Leeds

Head of Sales, SaaS Sales Manager, Health, Wellbeing and Occupational Health Technology, up to £60,000 Basic, £80,000 OTE. National role from a Leeds HQ for a disruptive technology provider that sells a ground-breaking technology platform that has proven to improve both physical and mental health which in turn reduces sick leave, enhances attendance and increases productivity.

With brilliant branding and a host of household names as clients, the company is looking to recruit a Head of Sales to spearhead the next phase of their growth. With a SaaS-based pricing model the company enjoys healthy residual monthly income and is backed by a significant VC.

The role is managing several key accounts and a sales team of currently two with the strategy to grow this to five by the end of 2019. There is massive scope for growth, and the role is a combination of strategic account development, people management and closing high-value new business, typically via bids and tender processes. Currently, they sell into large corporate companies directly, but the strategy is to then to aim for insurance companies, employee benefits companies and the major gym firms.

This is a highly autonomous sales management role that requires an individual with experience in health and fitness technology or sales management within employee benefits or occupational health services.

You will be a crucial member of the senior leadership team and as such will play a significant part in the next phase of the company's growth. This is a life-changing opportunity where, based upon your success, both share options and equity could form part of the package. Also, it is anticipated that you will develop into the Sales Director by 2020. The OTE is based upon expected sales growth and is entirely uncapped.
