A leading, household-name brand is on the hunt for a dynamic National Account Manager! Step into this key role, where you'll drive growth, boost sales, and expand distribution across major grocer, convenience, and discounter channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop sales strategies for Organised Retail & Discounters markets.
* Prospect and acquire new convenience and wholesale clients.
* Retain customers and maximize lifetime value.
* Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
* Set pricing strategies and negotiate profitable deals.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of FMCG non food sales experience, ideally with convenience, and discounter channels.
* Proven success in exceeding sales targets and channel growth.
* Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and contacts with major retailers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
