Business Development Manager, Field/Home £30,000 Basic + OTE £60,000 (Guaranteed in Year 1) + Uncapped Commission + £5000 Car Allowance

Territory: Lancaster, Bradford, Blackburn

A brilliant business development sales position, best suited for an experienced field sales / territory sales professional, where you will be following up on warm enquiries. Your time will be spent client side, understanding their needs, and tailoring the service offering. The position is heavily supported by the internal sales team, they will do all the cold calling and are tasked with booking appointments, processing paperwork, and qualifying new enquiries.

This role requires an individual that understands how to maximise every opportunity that comes through. This role offers a clear career path with opportunities to move into Sales Management. They are simply looking for the very best Business Development / Account Managers who have client facing experience, ideally from a solution sale background - The rest can be trained.

The role is home based; however, you will spend most of your week on the road meeting clients on your patch. This is a client facing, consultative sales role that requires an individual that is confident, well presented with excellent communication skills.

This is a consultative business development / closing role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships.

Above all, you will be an achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
