A fantastic Business Development position with no cold calling, selling to a range of existing and new customers from a database of warm leads as well as existing clients. This outbound sales role is a fantastic chance to become a key part of a fast-growing business, where they're looking for someone to join the sales team who has a desire to progress. Our client specialise within the technology industry, selling a range of technical products to the B2B market. If you have previous outbound sales experience and want to take the step up in your career, this is the perfect role for you!

The role:

* Outbound sales advisor role where you will be working through a warm database, predominantly speaking to existing customers who are currently dormant.
* Prospect new business opportunities, where you will have full autonomy to venture down new markets.
* A consultative approach to new business, where you will have to understand the customers current situation and tailor your pitch around their requirements.
* Fact find and build relationships with customers, capturing their initial interest in our products, answering any queries they might have.
* Liaise with the Business Development Managers in the sales team to support them through the sales cycle, sharing the information that has been discovered initially.

What is required from you?

* 1 year's sales experience, either in a Telesales, Outbound Sales, or an Internal Sales role, now looking to take the step up in your career.
* Personality is key! - You must be driven, motivated, with a desire to progress within a growing company.
* Have a "hunter" mindset and a resilient approach to sales.
* A great communicator and are comfortable speaking to a range of stakeholders over the phone.
* No industry experience is required, all backgrounds are welcomed!
