Business Development Manager, Software/SaaS, £40,000 Basic + £30,000 Commission (uncapped) + Additional Benefits

A fantastic external business development sales position within the Software/SaaS sector, where you will be converting purely warm leads, there is no cold calling.
With a focus on new business, you will be required to present and demonstrate to potential new customers, showing a consultative approach, understanding their requirements, using that information to be able to suggest a suitable solution. The role will be predominately out meeting new customers and does require travel around the UK, working from their Huddersfield office and from home when not out in the field.
Our client is a market leader within the SaaS/Software industry and have developed a unique e-commerce solution which is sold into multiple industries including manufacturing and commercial. They have been rapidly growing since 2012 and have a catalogue of tier 1 accounts on their books.
This position is heavily supported by an internal sales team who do all the cold outreach on your behalf, and then pass the warm lead across accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have a proven B2B sales experience, with a motivated, driven approach to sales, showing a hunger to progress internally, but also personally. There is no requirement for previous SaaS/Software sales experience but would be desirable.
At the interview, you will be able to demonstrate a diverse range of sales skills to include business development, networking, and excellent presentation skills. Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy and career opportunities. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented with superb communication skills.
