Immediate start - Sales Administrator - £23000 - Harlow, Essex



Looking for a sales administrator to join a busy team for this market leading company based in Harlow. This role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to tupport to the Sales Management, Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator will include:

* Assisting the Sales Managers with Order Processing, Pricing, and checking orders.
* Preparing quotations for potential clients.
* Prepare paperwork for product sample requests
* Prepare monthly and yearly sales analysis reports and charts per territory, customer, product group etc compare the results with budget and previous years.
* Prepare data for sales forecast, email them to sales reps and distributors, collect and process the data, submit the final document and calculate the budgeted figures for the next year's sales analysis.
* Update and maintain spreadsheets.
* Update Price Lists for customers with fixed prices.
* Maintain stock levels of literature and distribute brochures to customers.
* Provide Administrative and secretarial support
* Seek opportunities for continuous improvement as a commitment to the quality policy.
* Adhere to prescribed safety rules and regulations.



Previous administration experience is desired but is not essential.
