Fantastic opportunity for a graduate with strong communication skills or someone in a Customer Service or Sales Administrator role looking move into a B2B sales role working Monday to Friday with all training being provided! Our client is an expert in their field providing a range of SAAS / eLearning solutions into the B2B market. ALL training will be provided. Role & responsibilities:

* Work closely with clients on a day-to-day basis to develop an in-depth understanding of their business, products and marketing objectives
* Build relationships with new clients, understanding their needs
* Work with the Account Managers to deliver dynamic integrated marketing programs
* Help with managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget
* Be involved at all stages of the creative process
* Support the Account Director and Account Managers in ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth
* Liaise closely with the internal design and digital teams plus external suppliers
* Work to tight deadlines whilst providing clients with exceptional service at all times

This role offers flexible working but with the office and team being based in Leicester
