Client Relationships Manager / Product Support. SaaS. Home based.
£35,000 basic, plus uncapped commission (min £10,000 in the first year) + Benefits

This role is focussed on client satisfaction, with the ideal candidate coming from software sales or, a technical support environment. Most importantly you will have a passion for software or anything tech! Communication skills are essential, a key part of the role will be managing inbound sales enquiries and qualifying marketing leads. Product demonstrations and walking the client through a sales process is also required.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Deliver software demonstration to prospective customers.
* Retaine a good relationship with prospects throughout the sales process.
* Manage the sales process from start to finish and provide a seamless end-to-end sales cycle.
* Engage with new customers through warm leads via website enquires, live chat, email, and telephone.
* Produce custom pricing proposals for prospects.

Ideally, the candidate would have skills, qualifications, and experience in these areas

* A background in cloud software or SaaS.
* Must have had previous experience demonstrating or selling with the software/ SaaS industry or within technical support.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Previous account management or business development experience.
* Be a confident and high achieving salesperson.
