Internal Sales Executive - £23,000 + £8,000 OTE (Uncapped) + Additional Bonuses

A fantastic sales role, where the is No Cold Calling, this is purely an account management position, where you will be working closely, only with existing customers, ensuring account growth and development. If you are in an outbound sales position and want to take a step up in your career, to managing existing accounts, this is the perfect role. All training and support will be provided in house with dedicated trainers and mentors, development opportunities to progress through the sales team will arise down the line. We're looking for a motivated individual, who is confident, hungry for success and has some sales experience to join a brilliant sales team!

Our client is a leading provider of food services who have achieved continued growth even throughout the pandemic. Due to their continuous expansion, they are looking for keen, eager to grow sales staff to join their business.

Role Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for a group of key existing customer, ensuring that all their requirements/needs are being met, upselling, and developing over time.
* Share updated product lists/specifications with customers, ensuring they are aware of all the product range available to them.
* Liaise with internal departments to process orders.
* Plan activity with your accounts using CRM packages to record changes and information, managing data

Ideal Candidate:

* Have at least 1 year's sales experience, ideally B2B, but other experience will be considered.
* A clear, confident communicator that would be comfortable speaking over the phone to their key customers on a regular basis.
* A desire to progress and learn within a growing company, having an organised manner and attitude.
* Passionate and accomplished, constantly looking for the opportunity to upsell and can build relationships and question customers on all aspects of their business.
