Graduate Recruitment Consultant - £25,000 Basic + £30,000 OTE (Year 1)

Our client is the UKs fasted growing independent, forward thinking, recruitment company who specialise in the IT Services sector. Our client recruit across the globe, with offices in London & New York and are looking for an energetic, money motivated, sales focused Graduate to join their ever-growing team. They have a vibrant office located in central London that is growing rapidly and have continued to grow over the past years. A full in house 8-week training program will provide you with all the tools necessary to succeed within the role, where you will then be managing your own clients and projects, responsible for the full, 360 recruitment cycle.

The Role:

* Managing the full recruitment life cycle, which includes:

* Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs.
* Networking with clients to win new business, whilst also dealing with incoming leads from clients looking to recruit.
* Growing out business with clients who are well established customers
* Using social media and digital channels for candidate and client attraction
* Organising candidate interviews and client meetings
