Sales Director

Sales Director, Business Process Automation, £100,000 Basic, £250,000 OTE + Share options.

One of the leading Business Process Automation consultancies is seeking a Sales Director to spearhead their continuation of hypergrowth. Boasting some of the World's largest organisations as clients, your role will be to set the Global strategy and take the organisation to its next level. Share options form part of the extensive benefits package.



Your responsibilities:

+ You will set the strategy and delivery model to achieve all ambitious growth targets

+ You will recruit the talent required to deliver on the plan and drive the implementation of a positive growth culture.

+ Significant resources will be made available to you, and you will have the full cooperation and support of the board and the broader business to deliver.



The requirements:

+ Experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, Chief Commercial Officer, CCO, Chief Revenue Officer, CRO, Head of Business Development within either Business Transformation, Business Process Automation or Digital Transformation.

+ Experience in selling high-valued professional services to global organisations.

+ An understanding of a variety of cloud technologies.

+ A 'player-manager' with incredible sales leadership skills that can motivate, inspire and mentor others to achieve peak performance. The role requires a genuine 'leads by example' approach that is fearless in their ambition and always looking for continuous improvement personally and professionally.

+ Someone with superb communication skills that is Inquisitive and proactive and comfortable pitching to C-Suite of major global firms

+ A strategic thinker that is big on execution

+ A proven track record in delivering change and installing a formal sales methodology that has transformed behaviours and returned incredible results.

+ A unique ability to be assertive without being abrasive and able to keep all members of the team adhering to KPIs and sales process

+ An analytical ability to uncover opportunities, forecast accurately and understand results and outcomes

+ Willingness to travel overseas

+ Gravitas, integrity and the ability to quickly gain the confidence of an already successful sales team.



In return, you will receive

+ You will receive a basic salary of up to £100K, with uncapped commission and realistic year one earnings of £250K

+ Share options
