Since 2007 we have acquired a database of over 5000 fully registered candidates in addition to our advertising response database, which contains the CVs of over 100,000 sales professionals across all disciplines. We also advertise on the top generic job boards, including Reed and Totaljobs, in addition to nearly all of the leading sales job boards. We also own and operate over 55 niche sales job boards based on specific industry sectors, sales job titles and geographic regions.
We also use research software, including social marketing recruitment software, to headhunt and attract candidates that are not proactively seeking a new role.
How long to shortlist?
Here at Aaron Wallis, we are typically able to provide a shortlist to our clients within five to seven working days.
