The direct cost of using Aaron Wallis will be higher than running an advert yourself and co-ordinating the response – we do not hide behind this fact. </p>
<p>
However when you factor in the indirect costs it is unlikely that this will be the case. We will save you time, manage the process on your behalf and provide you with resources such as psychometric profiling and skills testing to aid you in your recruitment selection decisions. </p>
<p>
The biggest overall saving that we can make for your business is the resource that you’ll never be able to get back again - your time. We will save you the ‘lost opportunity cost’ where you could be doing something better rather than handling advert response, co-ordinating interviews and managing rejected candidates.</p>
<p>
On an exclusive basis our fees at the £25K basic salary level will be £3750 and at £50K will be £7500. This may appear high but when you bear in mind the upfront cost of advertising (Aaron Wallis typically invest £1000 of advertising into each campaign) and the resources necessary to handle the campaign we estimate that the ‘direct cost’ will be around £1K to £3K above handling the campaign yourself. </p>
<p>
When you bear in mind ‘lost opportunity cost’ and other ‘indirect costs’ this is a small price to pay for a campaign that will be professionally managed throughout and backed by a 12 month rebate scheme. In addition, with our database selection service there is no ‘upfront charge’. So, if we don’t get it right for you then there is no cost to your business.</p>
