MK Infinity Run

Aaron Wallis was a corporate sponsor and took part in the inaugural Milton Keynes Infinity Run - a 100 mile run in 24 hours. Our team of four actually completed over 200kms as there was crossover to ensure that we did both the miles required and within the time limit required.

Our team of four consisted of:

Rob Scott (completed 42 miles)

Andy Rose (Completed 62 miles)

Giles Phillips (completed 22 Miles)

Darren Dewrance (completed 8 miles)

and our official time was 23hrs and 37 mins (and we all achieved the gold medal!)

The Aaron Wallis team took part In aid of the St Francis Children's Society

This fantastic event was held on the weekend of 13th to 14th September and started in Milton Keynes looping round to Bedford and back and then on to Twyford (near Bicester) and back.

The route was 95% track or public rights of way across farmland and 5% road and was brilliantly organised by Peter Moorhead of Celebrate Health and Fitness.

Thanks to the organisers and the big man above who provided us with fantastic weather for the event. Special thanks must also go to the 40 volunteers and helpers who kept smiling over 24 hours despite being as tired as those runners taking part!
