Costs range dramatically dependent on the experience and level of personnel that
you require but Aaron Wallis will take care of all payroll and taxation issues.
Aaron Wallis offer a transparent charging rate so you will know exactly what your
temporary sales staff are earning.
Our overall ‘charge rate’ is ‘all inclusive’ and will include employees hourly rate,
employees holiday allowance, employers National Insurance contribution and our management
and payroll fee.
Payment terms on temporary staff are 30 days (dependent on your business meeting
our credit criteria).
Our Temp to Perm rates are 20% of the basic salary minus the management and payroll
fees that we have already received, I.e. After 20 weeks the fee will be 20% of the
basic salary minus 20 x management fee (please note that our 12 month rebate scheme
does not apply).
