Austria, France, Latvia, Poland. Belgium, Germany, Liechtenstein, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Denmark, Iceland, Malta. Spain, Estonia, Ireland, Netherlands,Sweden, Finland, Italy, Norway, Switzerland
