Qualification Summary

The  Level  2 NVQ Certificate in  Sales is the  competence  based qualification  which  forms part of the Intermediate  Apprenticeship Frame work in Sales. This qualification is ideal for learners who are moving u p the career ladder or wan t to develop some specialist skills, such as understanding buyer behaviour, or face to face selling.

Qualification Structure :

To achieve the Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Sales, learners must achieve 22 credits in total , 9 credits from the mandatory units, and a further 13 credits from the optional units .

• Time Planning in Sales

• Complying with Legal , Regulatory and Ethical Requirements in a Sales or Marketing Role

• Deliver Reliable Customer Service

• Selling Face to Face

• Selling by Telephone (Inbound )

• Selling by Telephone (outbound )

• Inputting and Accessing Sales or Marke ting Data in Information Systems

• Processing Sales Orders

• Preparing and Delivering a Sales Demonstration

• Monitoring Sales Deliveries

• Support Customers in Obtaining Finance for Purchases

• Generating and Qualifying Sales Leads

• Meeting Customers After Sales Needs
