What’s the one thing that you’re best at solving for your clients?  Data, stats and skills testing.

Why would a client want to work with you?  My personality and attitude towards producing a thorough & effective recruitment process.

What is the favourite aspect of your work?  The banter within the office.

What makes a great sales person – 3 words?  Passion for the product, great listening skills and Integrity.

What do you have a knack for (better than everyone else)?  Numbers & Stats.

Who have you worked with in the past and how has this shaped you (past history)?  Royal Air Force, it taught respect, integrity, teamwork, discipline and personal excellence.

What are the characteristics and skills you have that you believe are particularly suited to what you do? I’m very strong with Word, Excel and Outlook which make a huge contribution to the administrative tasks taken to facilitate the smooth running of Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment.

Three things you’d never guess about me?  I was the face of the Royal Air Force, I crashed at 80 mph on the M1 span across the motorway and came out without a scratch, I lived in the Falkland Islands for 4 months.

What is the title of the last book you read?  The Lost Symbol (Dan Brown).

Best movie you have ever seen (the film you’d happily watch time and time again)? The Shawshank Redemption.

What is the best program on television?  Currently – Homeland, of recent times – Prison Break.

What TV programme do you find the most irritating? Glee! 

What is your favourite sport?  Football

What is the sense that you’d be most reluctant to lose and why?  Sight – I wouldn’t like to live the rest of my life in darkness.

What is your most embarrassing guilty pleasure? Made in Chelsea.

If you had a million pounds to give to a charity, who would you choose?  Willen Hospice.

Which bad habits of other people drive you crazy? Telling Lies.

Name two things you consider yourself to be very good at?  Football and Golf.

If you could go on a road trip with any person (dead or alive), who would you choose and where would you go?  Mila Kunis – I would go as far as the car could take me.

Do you have any phobias?  Heights, which for someone in the RAF is, well, unusual!

What do you think the secret to a good life is?  Being Happy and true to yourself

Name one exotic country that you would like to visit and what would you do there?  Mauritius, I would drink all day whilst lying on the beach.

What is the craziest thing you have ever done?  Attempted the Welsh 3000’s, I was a broken man after stage 2.

Which is your most favourite place on this earth? Anfield (Liverpool Football Ground).

The famous person that you’d most like to have a pint with and why? Richard Branson, it would be great to take advice from him.

What is a skill that you’d like to learn? Another Language preferably Spanish.

When you think of ‘retirement’ what image does it conjure up? Golf Course.
