Free Formally Recognised Sales Qualifications

As sales becomes more competitive it is imperative that you are as trained in your field as possible to work to best practices, improve your sales performance and reach your targets.  Aaron Wallis is therefore delighted to offer free formally recognised NVQs in Sales at both Level 2 and Level 3 and all commissions earned by Aaron Wallis in recommending our community into the scheme will be paid by the Training Provider in full directly to The Prince’s Trust.  So help yourself, and the Prince’s Trust, by enrolling today.

What is the Qualification?

The training is tailored to your business sector and is delivered in a flexible way to meet both your needs and those of your employer.

The qualifications are delivered by sales training experts and are free as it is a government backed initiative.  However, you must be quick as this imitative is planned to close in mid 2012 (actual closing date for the government’s Learning and Skills Council’s full and part-funded employee training and development programmes initiative is still to be announced).

What Is an NVQ?

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are work based qualifications that are achieved by training and work based assessment in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  In Scotland, the equivalent qualification is an SVQ or Scottish Vocational Qualification

Do I Qualify?

Regrettably the courses are only available to those already in employment as the qualification is based upon work based assessment. . The Government chooses to prioritise its investment in those employees, self employed persons, and volunteer workers, without the equivalent of a full level 2 qualification (please refer to the list below for examples of full level 2 qualification equivalents):

•  5 GCSE’s (grades A-C) or ‘O’ levels

•  5 CSE Grade 1’s

•  1 or More ‘A’ Levels

•  2 AS Levels

•  BEC General Certificate/Diploma with Credit

•  HND/HNC

•  Edexcel/BTEC 1st Diploma or higher

•  C & G Higher Operative or Craft

•  GNVQ Intermediate or higher

•  NVQ Level 2, 3 or 4

•  Access Course

Delegates also require 3 years residency within the European Community, have a contract of employment (if they are employed) and be 19 or over (no upper age limit) to qualify.

Train to Gain funding is now also available for each individual who requires to undertake a further full level 2 qualification in their area of work, or if their job role is of the correct level, a level 3 or 4 qualification.

Those persons wishing to undertake a repeat level 2 or a first level 3 or 4 qualification, will be subject to further funding restrictions.  These will be discussed through with you by our training partner.

What Qualifications Are on Offer?

We are offering two NVQ’s in Sales Free of Charge to our candidate and client communities:

How are NVQ’s Assessed?

You will be assessed in your workplace by a qualified Assessor.  They will gather evidence via observations, witness testimonies, questioning and other supplementary evidence.  The assessor will then, in conjunction with yourself, submit portfolio of evidence to the awarding body for accreditation

All training and assessment will take place in the workplace, which means that you will not have to take annual leave to attend courses off-site. This has been proven to be the most effective and successful type of training available for you and your employer or staff.

Who Delivers the Training?

Our training partner has a turnover in excess of £10 million, employs 250 staff and has 37 learning centres across the UK.  This innovative company has developed into one of the largest training, education and learning companies in the UK, and leads the way in accreditation of a vast number of subject areas, including sales.  They are a fully approved government partner in the ‘Train To Gain’ scheme.

How Do I Enrol?

To enrol simply complete the following form and you will be contacted directly by our training partner within 48 hours.  They will then discuss through your chosen qualification and discuss through the process before supplying application information.  Good luck with the course.
