Aaron Wallis will recruit on your behalf on a fixed price recruitment basis.  

We will agree Terms of Business with you at the commencement of each assignment and confirm the fee in writing to you together with our full Terms of Business and our BIG PRINT, detailing all of the major clauses.

Our Fixed Fee recruitment offering allows you to hire your chosen member of staff at a fixed rate without the increased worry of a higher recruitment fee.

For the fixed fee to apply all we require is signed terms of business returned by you from the start of the assignment.

Unlike many recruitment companies we like to be totally up front with our fees and will detail our fee as a total cost together with a percentage.  This fixed fee policy ensures you know exactly how much our fee will be from the outset and ensures that a business agreement is in place to benefit all parties.
