Aaron Wallis charge 15% of the candidate’s first year basic remuneration (that’s a big word for basic salary and guaranteed commissions) if we are instructed as a sole agency to recruit for your vacancy.  We often refer to sole agency as ‘exclusivity’ in other videos, explanations and our terms.  On a multiple agency basis we charge 20% of the candidate’s first year remuneration. 

We do not charge for the provision of a company car or ask for a proportion of other benefits, such as pension contributions, sharesave schemes, private health, etc (many recruiters do).  In addition we do not charge on non-guaranteed commissions so for illustration, if the role is £30K Basic and £50K OTE (On target earnings) we will only charge on the £30K basic salary element.
