NVQ LEVEL 3: SALES


Qualification Summary

The Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Sales is aimed at the learner who is progressing in their career and has significant knowledge and experience. At this level they are required to demonstrate greater autonomy in completing tasks, organizing activities and contributing to decision making.


Qualification Structure :

To achieve the Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Sales, learners must  achieve 25 credits in total , 6 credits from the mandatory units and a further 19 credits from the optional units.

• Complying with Legal , Regulatory an d Ethical Requirements in a Sales or Marketing Role

• Time Planning in Sales

• Obtaining and Analysing Competitor Information

• Buyer Behaviou r in Sales Situations

• Communicating Using Digital Marketing / Sales Channels

• Pricing for Sales Promotions

• Preparing and Delivering a Sales Presentation

• Developing and Implementing Sales Call Plans

• Assisting Customers in Obtaining Finance for Purchases

• Assessing Customer Credit Status

• Contributing to the Development and Launch of Ne w Products and /or Services

• Prioritising Information for Sales Planning

• Monitoring and Managing Sales Team Performance
