2013 UK Sales Survey

Take Part in the UK's largest Survey of Sales Professionals

Thanks so much for taking part in the 2013 Sales Survey.  In conjunction with the ISMM, we're hoping for over 1,000 participants who will give us a real understanding of what it is like to work in the 'sales industry'.

The last survey in 2009 was warmly received by the sales industry, media and academics and has helped sales employers to understand what truly drives and motivates their sales teams. The previous survey "The State of Sales in the UK, 2009" can be downloaded here

The survey is being promoted across most of the major sales related web sites, sales job boards, sales magazines, social networks and the employer and candidate databases, here at Aaron Wallis.

The resulting report will be presented by Toby Perkins MP at the ISMM Successful Selling Show on 17th October 2013.  In addition it will also feature in the November edition of Winning Edge, the magazine of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.

This is a confidential survey, and we do not ask for either your name or your company name. The survey is 'certified anonymous' which means that neither your email ID, nor IP address are captured by the survey software.

The results will provide the data for the report 'The State of the UK Sales Industry, 2013' and is applicable to anyone in a sales led role. The results will be compiled together for release in late October 2013, and all participants will be able to receive a copy prior to release. The results will be made available free of charge to download to everyone who takes part.

The survey consists of just over 60 multiple choice questions and will take around fifteen minutes to complete. The questions are designed to be a mixture of work-related and life-related questions. Many comments from participants in the 2009 survey stated that they found it a thought-provoking survey.  It’s not like most surveys, and we hope that you enjoy completing it.
