The rebate period works on a sliding scale and protects the investment that you make in employing a candidate should they leave your employment (or die) during their first twelve months with you.
To achieve our aims and goals we need you to choose Aaron Wallis as your chosen supplier of recruitment services. This can only be achieved if we consistently supply sales talent that succeeds in your business. Our 12 month rebate scheme is testament to our belief in our own ability to get it right and the First Class service we aim to provide. Our twelve month rebate scheme which reflects the amount of work Aaron Wallis undertake to get it right for your business and works as follows:
Calendar month or weeks in which the Applicant terminates the Engagement or the Engagement is terminated by the Applicant's death:
- Up to 2 Weeks a new applicant supplied free of charge or 80% of the total fee refunded
- Up to 4 weeks a new applicant supplied free of charge or 60% of the total fee refunded
- Months 2-
6 - A rebate of 40% of the fee - Months 7-
12 - A rebate of 20% of the fee
